Robert D. Broege

Professional Experience:

Robert D. Broege is the partner in charge of the Trusts and Estates practice for the firm. He has practiced almost exclusively in the field of trusts and estates, including estate planning and trust and estate administration, for in excess of 45 years. He has represented and continues to represent major financial institutions in their capacity as executors and trustees. He also has represented financial institutions and individuals as an expert witness in estate litigation matters.

Education:

Mr. Broege graduated cum laude from Lehigh University in 1965 and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University in 1970. He served a judicial clerkship with Honorable Merritt L. Lane, Jr. on the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
